Eric Gao is a junior at Yorba Linda High School and a second-year contributor to The Wrangler. Originally from Hong Kong, he moved to Yorba Linda at age six, where his experiences have shaped a strong interest in international relations. As he enters his second year with the newspaper, he is eager to refine his writing skills and continue developing the podcast, giving new voices a platform to shine within the local community.
Maddie Guan, Editor
Maddie Guan is a current junior at Yorba Linda High School. She is entering her 2nd year on The Wrangler and is ecstatic to continue her journey, as well as help others. In her free time, she enjoys sleeping, baking, hanging out with friends, and traveling. Some of Maddie’s favorite articles to write are ones about life and everything around it. Writing articles gives her a chance to explore topics and learn more about the world around her. She is excited to see what the new year holds.
Sophia Mou, Editor
Sophia Mou is entering her final year at Yorba Linda High School as a senior editor of The Wrangler. She cannot wait to explore the expanse of responsibilities that lie within this position and collaborate with her peers to ensure another successful school year. Sophie aspires to specialize in medicine, specifically dermatology, after completing her high school and undergraduate degrees. When she is not in school, she can be seen watching the latest film in theaters, shopping, or discovering new music.
