Giana Mejia is a 10th grader attending Yorba Linda High School. Currently, she plays basketball for Cal Sparks and the Yorba Linda Women’s Basketball team. Entering her second year of high school, she is the publicist for WE Club and an active member of CALL Club. Giana is an honors/AP student, and her favorite subject is Spanish or Language Arts. This is her first year in newspaper, so she is excited to meet everyone and be able to share her work. She enjoys being part of school activities, so she can often be seen at sporting events or school dances. As an extrovert, Giana loves to try new things and meet new people. After high school, Giana is hoping to attend college to become a physical therapist.
