BREAKING NEWS: Mr.Cadra will be dressed as slave Leia for the release of the newest addition to the Star Wars series. On Thursday, December 17th, Star Wars Episode VII will be released. This phenomenon has students and teachers anxious for the release of this new movie.

The plot of the series was written by George Lucas, who was the original brain behind everything. George Lucas wrote and directed all the prior movies until now. Episode VII has been directed by J.J. Abrams; however, the story is still written by George Lucas. Mr.Cadra, a Star Wars fanatic and video production teacher, has good expectations “as long as J. J. Abrams doesn’t include his signature lens flares in every other frame, I think the film will be amazing. I think they will ultimately be better than episodes I, II, and III, but I can’t see them surpassing the original trilogy in awesomeness.”

Star Wars has been in the hearts of many people for a very long time. “Honestly, my Mom and Dad got me interested when I was young,” says Jacob Hubler (10). Others were smitten with the intergalactic movie even earlier. Mr.Cadra explains, “I saw Star Wars Episode IV at the drive-in theater with my family when I was 6 years old and immediately began collecting all the figures that would have enabled me to retire now if I had kept them in their original boxes.”

Even if you didn’t fall in love with the Wookies, or shirtless Anakin at a young age, there is still A New Hope. All of the previous six movies can be accessed today. In order to watch the movies correctly, without ruining the entire plot, you must begin from the oldest released movie then work your way forward.

The Force Awakens, will continue from 30 years after the Battle of Endor, in Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. After this battle Han Solo and his crew face a new antagonist with an army of Stormtroopers. Many characters will still be played by the original cast such as, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker and Carrie Fisher as Leia Skywalker.

Tickets for this new movie are in high demand. Large websites like Fandango crashed momentarily due to such heavy traffic to purchase tickets for Star Wars. Even in Yorba Linda, showings for this movie are starting earlier than usual. Premiere showing times begin at 7 pm versus starting closer to midnight. To watch this movie in theaters, be prepared to bring chairs and blankets to wait a few hours in order to get decent seats. This movie is expected to break records in the box office.

When seeing the movie, remember that the force is strong with slave Leia Cadra.
