These news spots coming soon are: Kalbi Social Club, Pepper Lunch, Bacio di Latte, Edikted, Crocs, Princess Polly, Din Tai Fung, and more!
Kalbi Social Club is a Korean barbeque restaurant, specializing in Kalbi (Korean short ribs). They offer lunch and dinner and have elevated casual dining. It will provide new and exciting flavors by offering a modern twist on traditional Korean flavors. They emphasize high-quality ingredients and tableside grilling for an interactive experience. Kalbi Social Club aims to create memorable experiences for families and friends through their cooking.
Pepper Lunch blends traditional Japanese cooking with a creative twist. Customers are served at the table with a sizzling iron plate, allowing them to cook their dishes to their preference. They blend traditional Japanese teppanyaki style with fast-casual dining. Their signature dishes include Beef Pepper Rice and Salmon Pepper Rice. Pepper Lunch is a growing food chain, with over 500 locations globally.
Bacio di Latte is an authentic Italian gelateria. They make fresh gelato daily with organic milk and cream and locally sourced fruits. It was founded in 2011 by two brothers, Edoardo Luigi, and they strive to provide delicious, flavorful, gelato. In addition, they will have new gelato flavors that rotate weekly. Some popular flavors include Pistacchio, Cioccolato, Belga, and Crema & Biscotti.
Edikted is a clothing store focused on Gen-Z women’s fashion, streetwear, and runway trends. They are known for delivering the latest and trending looks for an affordable price. This brand rose to popularity through TikTok and influencers. They have a wide variety of clothes to choose from that are all affordable and trendy. Additionally, Edikted has a very popular online store. Their site has sales constantly, making it very affordable for everyone.
Crocs provides casual footwear for men, women, and kids, and combines style with comfort. They are a global footwear and are known for their foam clogs. These clogs are popular due to their lightweight, water-resistance, and breathability. In addition, Crocs introduced Jibbitz charms, which allow one to customize their clogs to their liking, increasing the appeal towards Crocs.
Princess Polly started as a very successful Australian online store, which will soon have a physical location in Irvine. They specialize in women’s fashion and have trendy and exclusive designs. With a sustainability goal, Princess Polly also offers eco-friendly clothing. Morgan Spillane (10), a student at Yorba Linda High School, comments “Princess Polly is where I get most of my clothes because the quality is good and is not too pricey.”
Din Tai Fung, originating in Taiwan, is now a globally renowned restaurant chain for its high-quality food and authentic cuisines. They specialize in noodles and Xiao Long Baos (Soup dumplings) which is a fan favorite for many. It was initially a cooking oil business and sold its xiao long bao on the side, but it became so popular that it turned into the restaurant everyone knows of. Additionally, they have won many accolades for their cooking, including the Michelin Star five times.

I am so excited that Din Tai Fung will come to Irvine Spectrum. I recently went to the Edikted opening, and I feel that it is a great addition to the mall. Great job on your article.
