When it’s the time of year where the leaves start to fall and pumpkin spice is added to everything, people often want to start listening to fall music to fully celebrate the season. So here are some of my favorite fall songs that I like to listen to during the autumn season!
First is “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” by The Script. This song has to be one of my favorites! I love the beat of the song and how cozy and warm it feels. It definitely has vocals that are unmatched.
Next is “Velvet Ring” by Big Thief. If you haven’t heard this song before, you definitely need to listen to it! This song encompasses all things fall, and has a relaxing beat that is perfect for when doing homework or just for playing in the background. It is a great song for when you are on a night drive or even just lounging around with friends.
Clairo recently released a new album, Charm, and “Juna” definitely has that fall “feel” to it! Over the past few months it has blown up on TikTok, and has made its way into our playlists just in time for fall.
Yet, who doesn’t like a good throwback song? “Linger” by The Cranberries is definitely a fall song staple, and is a classic for autumn time. This song creates a nostalgic feel that is perfect for fall! I guess sometimes you just “have to let it linger”!

Speaking of classics, when I feel like doing a fall activity such as baking or carving pumpkins, I like to listen to “Kiss Me” By Sixpence None The Richer. The upbeat rhythm and positive tones from this song are perfect for when you are hanging out with friends or having a fall party!
Whenever I’m in a sad mood, or feel like reminiscing, “The Night We Met” by Lord Huron is a song that I always have on repeat. During the fall months, sometimes it’s nice to sit by the fire and listen to some music and think back on your memories from the past year.
Another good song to reminisce on life is “Kingston” by Faye Webster. This is one of her most popular songs, yet her entire discography radiates the fall season!
