There are a lot of horoscopes that were made by civilizations separately. The interesting fact about horoscopes is that they were created and came out before the creators knew of the other’s existence. Horoscopes are the same thing as a zodiac. Zodiac is a Greek and Latin word that means circle of animals. Some of the cultures that made horoscopes were Western world, the Chinese, the Native Americans, and the Greeks. The Western zodiac is the most used one in the modern world. That is why some people believe in them. They believe that if it was independently created so many times then it must be true. It is a yearly calendar that is separated into 12 stations (the months) along the eclipse. There are 12 zodiacs’ that are determined by different symbols. The 12 symbols are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. Aries is the ram with is from March 21 to April 19 while Taurus is the bull and is from April 20 to May 20. Gemini, which symbolizes twins, is during May 21 to July 21 while Cancer is a crab is during June 22 to July 22. Leo is a Lion and is from July 23 to August 22 while Virgo is a virgin and is from August 23 to September 22. Libra is a scale and is during September 23 to October 23 and Scorpio is a scorpion is during October 24 to November 22. Sagittarius, which symbolizes a Archer, is from November 23 to December 21 and Capricorn, which symbolizes a goat, is from December 22 to January 19. Aquarius is a water bearer and is during January 20 to February 18 and Pisces is a fish and is from February 19 to March 20. People also use  the position of the moon and the time of birth also.
