Clean Juice in the Yorba Linda Town Center has officially opened as of February 1, 2020. After months and months of preparation as well as construction, Clean Juice has finally opened for the public to visit. With over 80 locations across the US, Clean Juice Yorba Linda is the first to hit Southern California. Particularly, this Clean Juice is owned by famous UFC Champion TJ Dillashaw, who is an avid juicer and organic food advocate.

People may be wondering what is Clean Juice and what makes it so special from all the other juice bars or smoothie bars such as Nektar or Natura. Indeed, there is a significant factor that sets apart Clean Juice from all these stores: Everything is 100% USDA Organic Certified. There is a BIG difference between being organic and being USDA-certified organic. USDA-certified organic means from start to finish, governing bodies have oversight of the human process. Clean Juice chooses to be USDA-certified organic in an effort to be transparent with their guests so they will always know what is going into their bodies. Clean Juice is the first and only USDA organic juice bar that offers a variety of foods ranging from cold-pressed juices made and bottled in store, smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, greenoa bowls, and more. This has given them a huge advantage in a market that is rapidly growing. 

Personally, as one of the new employees there, Clean Juice is truly a great environment that everyone should stop by and check out. I genuinely love the atmosphere, the food, and the people at the store who make your visit worthwhile. The menu board is filled with so many great and healthy options that will make you feel good inside and out. Additionally, because everything is USDA Organic, it is easy to understand that the best and healthiest produce are being used to create one’s meal.  

 Maya Sonbol (12) who is also a new employee says that Clean Juice is “the best place to go to for a healthy snack before or after a workout, or even just for fun.” She also said that everyone will “love the food they buy because everything tastes delicious and healthy at the same time.” Another student, Kayla Woodson (12) says she is “really looking forward to visiting” since she has passed by the store during construction several times. 

The grand opening is being held Saturday, February 16th so make sure to mark your calendars. Smoothies will be BOGO on the grand opening so make sure to bring all your friends and family, you won’t regret it!
