In Southern California, watching the sunset at the beach with your friends, family, or even by yourself is a must activity to partake in at least once in your life. Watching the sunset is such a relaxing activity that pleasures the eye with its natural beauty of colors. However, most people tend to enjoy beach sunsets and forget about beach sunrises.
Beach sunrises are more common on the East Coast because that is where the sun rises; however, it still has its beauty here on the West Coast. Recently, I watched the beach sunrise with my friends and now I see the fun benefits of going to a beach sunrise rather than a beach sunset. In this article, I will be listing the benefits of both and explain why I think beach sunrises and sunsets are both equally beautiful.
Faith Alam (11) recently went to a beach sunrise with her friends and really enjoyed her experience saying that “beach sunrises is probably one of the best ways to start off [her] day to.
She said it was very freeing and nice being able to watch the sunrise without many people around. Faith also comments that “[her] and [her] friends were able to run into the ocean without a care in the world, as no one was watching [them].
While beach sunrises have plenty of benefits, beach sunsets are obviously popular for a reason. On the West Coast, the sunsets tend to be prettier than sunrises because the sun sets right on the ocean in the West Coast; as opposed to sunrises in the West Coast where the sun rises away from the ocean. Also if you are not a morning person or early bird, watching the sunset at the beach is probably more feasible for you to accomplish. And while beach sunrises are the perfect way to start your day, beach sunsets are the best way to end one.
So if you are having trouble deciding which is better, my personal opinion is to go to a beach at sunrise and sunset on the same day!
